Academic Dress Application Guide, Academic Year 2010.
I. Students graduate in Academic Year 2010 shall apply for Academic Dress through the internet themselves.
II. Academic Dress application timeframe:
(i) For master students:
In time apply: From March 21, 2011 to April 1, 2011.
Delays apply: From April 7, 2011 to April 13, 2011.
(NT100 penalty in this time). We will not accept the applications after delay apply.
Time to deal: To be announced.
(ii) Deadline to return back the academic dress:
From June 27, 2011 to July 8, 2011
Note: Master students return back to the person in charge of your department.

IV. Guide for online Academic application:
(i) Website:
“NCTU of Division of General Affairs”→“Property Management Division”→“Academic Dress
Application System”(http://academicals.nctu.edu.tw/clothes/s/)
(ii) Registry procedures:
Input student ID number→Input password (Register the personal information if first time to use the system)→Read the guide to application→Application process.
V. Procedure to get Academic Dress:
Master students please follow the person in charge of your department.
Pay the bill (Master: NT160), getting the Academic Dress, and return it back to the person in charge.
